Hey Everybody,

Bear here! Just wanted to give you the weekly update on how everything is coming along.

Good news!! We are going to be going into production asap! We are currently in the processes of nailing down the start date with our manufacturer and once I have that date I'll be sharing it with everyone.

I know it has been a long time coming and I honestly can't wait to get that solid date finally and until then rest assured that it will be soon! I'm of course pushing to start tomorrow but realistically it should be sometime this month.

We are live over on Twitch if you have any questions feel free to hop over and join on in.

Thank you all again for your patience with this project, you all are the best community and I am so grateful to all of you. I am so happy and excited to know things will be moving forward now!

Community nights will still be on Sunday at 5pm PST for now but I am looking to move them to a different day and time in the new year so I'll have more information on that. I'll also be looking into bringing back Tabletop Simulator Tournaments in the beginning of the year.

That is everything I have for now and as I get more information I will be sharing that with you all!

Paragon Update 11-25-2025

Hey Everybody!

Bear here with your weekly update!

Talked with Chris and we are still waiting on the decision from the Supreme Court but in the meantime have been gearing up with production so as soon as we get the verdict we can get production underway!

With the Holidays coming up I just wanted to update everyone that weekly updates will still come along as will Twitch Streams. The only day that I will be out of town next month will be Tuesday December 30th so there will be no livestream but I'll try and post an update still.

Hope you all have some fun plans for the holiday season and if you are feeling up for it feel free to hop into the streams and hang out!

Excited with how everything is so close and can't wait to update you all! In the meantime let's get some games in via Tabletop Simulator on Sundays at 5pm PST!

Hey Everybody Bear here! 

Just got back from KublaCon Fall which went great! I always love going to cons and getting to meet new people and show off Paragon. I was also there with Chris and got to talk with him at length about everything. He informed me that we are ready to go once the Supreme Court finalizes their decision on the tariffs which to him looked like it was going to go well and he'd update me as soon as he knew more. 

We also had a chance to meet with one of our reps at manufacturing in person to go over everything and it looks like they are ready for us as well so once things all get finalized we will be heading right into production!

I know it's been a long time coming and I can't wait! I'm hopeful for some good news here soon and we can let you all know the date we go into production!

On another note we are going to implement the resting of creatures when attacking or striking since it really helped to show which creatures have acted. Our internal testing as well as testing at this con this weekend went great with it. If you have any questions on how this works just let me know and we will be updating the rule set on both Tabletop as well as the Discord to reflect this change.

Finally I just wanted to thank you all for being the most amazing community and I really appreciate all of the kind words and patience! We will get through this turbulent time and rise strong to the call! I know we have something special and I can't wait to get it all out to everyone and we can start playing games and opening packs together!

Hey Everybody,

Bear here! Just wanted to give you all an update for production. Things are gearing up to move forward again. I have a meeting with Chris and our production consultant later this week to go over things and to work on nailing down a start date.

After talking with Chris last week our current fulfillment projection is March 2026 so we are still on track for that as of now and I'll be keeping you all updated once I know more!

As for the game update that was mentioned last week we have been doing further testing. We talked about it last livestream about the only really big thing this changes is how counterattack works. Basically counterattack works the same you are just now using the new value when your rested creature is attacked.

After some internal playtesting we really liked how everything was feeling and are pretty set on implementing it fully since resting creatures will get us access to some new abilities for cards and some fun gameplay interactions.

We'll be doing further testing this week to nail everything down with how it affects this first set (Siege of Sylcara) and once everything is looking good we'll update you.

Hey Everybody!

Just wanted to give an update.

It looks like the tariffs have been sorted out and the new agreement will be going into effect on November 10th so hoping that stays steady and we should be good to go!

I'll be working with Chris in the meantime to line up production to start asap and once I get a production date I'll share that with everybody.

One thing that has come from this delay is Jay and I have been working on updating the base game with a slight change. We are currently testing it and wanted to share it with everyone here so if you would like to test out the change you can as well.

What we are looking at implementing is when you attack a creature or strike a player with a creature you control you would rest your creature (turn it to its side.). This is mainly for visuals than anything else at this point but it does let us explore new mechanics in set 2 which is where this idea originated.

Gameplay would still remain the same since having your creature rested doesn't change it's attack values when attacking and is a good way to show which creatures have made actions this turn in the form of attacking or striking.

Go ahead and give it a shot yourself and we'll be talking about it more over on the livestream.
